Paul Tripp<\/strong>\u00a0 joined C.H. Guenther (CHG) this week as Vice President and Managing Director for Europe. He has more than 30 years of experience in the baking and food industry.<\/p>\n

In his recent positions, Paul has specialized in business transformation, implementing programs to achieve operational excellence and developing growth strategies.<\/p>\n

Before joining CHG, Paul served as CEO of Zertus UK & Ireland, which includes Kinnerton Confectionery, Lir Chocolates, and Humdinger Foods. He also held the position of Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer (Managing Director) for Zertus GmbH, where he led the strategic development of the international group. Paul successfully united the UK businesses into a single operating unit, driving efficiency.\u00a0He also spearheaded the creation of a new brand and the acquisition of a snacking competitor, Sun Valley. During his tenure, Paul transformed EBITDA from a loss to record levels of profitability.<\/p>\n
