Wir freuen uns, von einzelnen Kunden zu h\u00f6ren, denen wir durch die COVID-19-Krise geholfen haben. Jeder Dollar, den sie ausgeben, hilft unserem Unternehmen, diese Zeiten zu \u00fcberstehen. Wie ist das, wenn sich einer unserer Vertriebsh\u00e4ndler bedankt?\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kepak, ein Vertriebsh\u00e4ndler in Europa, schrieb uns:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In den letzten langen Wochen gab es einige Lieferanten, die Kepak bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich gut unterst\u00fctzt haben. Sie und Ihr Unternehmen standen in dieser Hinsicht besonders positiv hervor. Im Namen aller Mitarbeiter von Kepak m\u00f6chte ich Ihnen und Ihren Kollegen f\u00fcr Ihre Reaktion auf die COVID-19-Pandemie und insbesondere f\u00fcr die Art und Weise danken, in der Sie unser Unternehmen unterst\u00fctzt haben. Zwar erhalten wir Lob unserer Kunden, dieses kommt jedoch nicht immer bei den anderen Akteuren in der Lieferkette an, wie etwa bei Ihnen. In Zeiten wie diesen sind die Bedeutung und der Wert von guten Beziehungen besonders deutlich. Bitte leiten Sie unsere Wertsch\u00e4tzung weiter.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Viele H\u00e4ndler nutzten Innovationen, um den Verkauf ihrer Produkte zu f\u00f6rdern. Dies umfasst auch neue Werbema\u00dfnahmen (erinnern Sie sich an das selbstgebastelte Banner bei Chuck E. Cheese?) und Sonderangebote (Margaritas zum Mitnehmen!). Genau wie wir haben sie in dieser Zeit der Gemeinschaft etwas zur\u00fcckgegeben.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Da \u00d6ffnungen in unseren Regionen langsam wieder m\u00f6glich sind, fordern sie uns auf, im Restaurant zu essen oder etwas zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen. In San Antonio gibt es viele mexikanische Restaurants, die unsere Produkte verwenden.
