CHG Named One of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity

CHG’s efforts to increase diversity and educate its workforce about diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) have not gone unnoticed. Recently, the company was named by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity for 2023.

Diversity Award - NewsweekCHG began its DEI journey in 2021 with a three-year strategy designed to align diversity goals with the company’s corporate business plan. The organization has spent the last 15 months implementing a variety of programs and initiatives to help create a more diverse and inclusive corporate culture. The successful strategy includes:

Newsweek deploys a research firm annually to survey HR professionals and collect more than 350,000 unbiased company reviews of US-based companies with more than 1,000 employees. Respondents answer questions about their place of employment or other places where they believe diversity was being honored and implemented in the business. The respondents represented various demographics including ethnicity and gender, with significant surveys for LGBTQ+ and people with disabilities.
