Guenther & Son LLC\u202f(\u201cCHG\u201d), a commercial baking and food manufacturing business with a 170-year legacy in branded and private label products, today announced the acquisition of Fresca Mexican Foods, LLC (\u201cFresca\u201d), a premier manufacturer of flour tortillas, corn tortillas and tortilla chips based near Boise, Idaho.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The transaction expands CHG\u2019s tortilla manufacturing capacity and deepens its relationships with foodservice and premier quick service restaurant (\u201cQSR\u201d) customers. With the acquisition of Fresca\u2019s product portfolio, facilities and team, CHG further establishes itself as a prominent supplier of premium tortilla products to the foodservice industry.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
