Hakim R. Savoy Named Chief Supply Chain Officer
6 月 20, 2024Hakim R. Savoy will join CHG as its new Chief Supply Chain Officer on June 24.
Savoy joins CHG from Kimberly-Clark where he served as VP of Global Manufacturing, leading enterprise-wide manufacturing for a $20 billion consumer products corporation, driving $200 million in annual productivity and waste savings, and enabling $350 million in total delivered supply chain cost savings. Before Kimberly-Clark, Savoy spent 15 years with Kraft Foods, working his way up to lead the Kraft-Nabisco Bakery Plant in Philadelphia, PA; culminating as Sr. Director of Integrated Supply Chain for Kraft’s $2.5 billion North American foodservice business. He started his career working for John Labatt Foods and H.J. Heinz Co.

Among his many community activities, Savoy is a member of: the United Way African American Partnership; National Urban League (Philadelphia); National Black MBA Association; and the Chicago High School of Agricultural Science advisory boards. He also is a Lifetime Alumni member of Future Farmers of America (FFA).
Savoy earned his Bachelor of Science from Delaware Valley University where he serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees and started a scholarship for Science and Agriculture to support students of color. He earned his MBA in Management from the Eastern University School of Management Studies.
Savoy has been married to Lisa, his high school sweetheart, for 35 years. They have four sons and two grandchildren. In addition to studying Industry 4.0 transformation (a true response to “how do you spend your free time”), Hakim enjoys reading about political history, sports and 80’s music.
Savoy says he is inspired by CHG’s 170-plus years of legacy and commitment to customers.
