Greg Hays recently joined C.H. Guenther and Son (CHG) as the new Sr. Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Hays has significant HR experience, most recently in various HR roles at Trane Technologies (11 years). He also has worked for Gates Corporation, Avery Dennison, and Kraft Foods. 
In this role, Hays has overall responsibility for our global Human Resources organization including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Sustainability/ESG (Environment, Social, Governance), and Employee Health and Safety (EHS).
Greg received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University, and he also earned an Executive MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
Over the next several months, Hays will visit various plant locations to learn about the business, culture, and get to know our team members.
