By maintaining data about our workforce and doing cultural assessments of each of our facilities, we work to improve our employee's experiences at work. We also strive to ensure that our entire organization is aligned with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals, and we engage and reward those who go above and beyond with their DE&I efforts.
